250g. Classic, approachable, rich. We select on of our single origin coffees that we think showcases a classic and approachable coffee flavour, featuring flavour notes like caramel, chocolate, or toasted nuts. This coffee will usually be sourced from Central or South America.
Exotic Profile
250g. Exotic, surprising, unusual. We select one of our single origin coffees that we think showcases an exotic and remarkable coffee flavour, featuring flavour notes like tropical fruits or intense floral aromatics. This coffee will usually be sourced from Africa but occasionally from the Americas or Indonesia.
La Guadalupana, Colombia (250g)
Tasting notes - raspberry jam, vanilla, honeydew, and maple syrup with a creamy body and a rich sweetness. Grown by Maria Eugenia Villota and her family on her two hectare farm called finca la guadalupana in the Pasto region of the Narino department of Colombia, this fully washed nanolot, consisting of castillo and caturra cultivars, was grown at 6630 feet on the banks of the river los arrayanes, which runs through the property.
Candelaria, Guatemala (250g)
Tasting notes - peach, vanilla, pear, and macadamia nut with a smooth sweetness and a complex finish. Grown between 5000 and 6500 feet in a small community called Candelaria located in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, this fully washed selection of caturra, bourbon, catuai, typica, and pacamara cultivars was harvested and processed as a collaborative effort of three contributing farms, finca joya grande, finca la maravilla, and finca vasquez.

Rungeto Kii, Kenya (250g)
Tasting notes - raspberry, guava, pineapple, grapefruit. One of the most elegant coffees from Kenya we’ve come across, this coffee is a wild ride of tropical and citrusy flavours, loaded with notes of grapefruit and guava and rounded out with a syrupy sweetness.
Ichamama, Kenya (250g)
Tasting notes - grape juice, mango, strawberry. This coffee is sourced by royal coffee as a part of their “Red Cherry Project” where they pay the producers extra premiums to ensure that only ripe cherries are harvested, resulting in intense and vibrant flavours in the cup.
Bedhatu Jibicho Washed, Ethiopia
Tasting notes - jasmine, tangerine, watermelon
Ngororero, Rwanda (250g)
Tasting notes - blueberry, cherry, caramel, and star anise with a deep sweetness and a syrupy mouthfeel. Grown at 1600-2000 meters above sea level by smallholder farmers organized around the local washing station in the Ngororero district of Rwanda’s Western province, this selection of bourbon cultivars natural processed coffee was dried in the cherry on raised beds in the sun.
Bedhatu Jibicho Natural, Ethiopia
Tasting notes - blueberry, watermelon, ginger
Tulu Golla, Ethiopia (250g)
Tasting notes - lemon-lime soda, jasmine, white tea, and kiwi with an intense sweetness and a clean finish. This fully washed lot of heirloom cultivars was grown between 1800 and 2000 meters above sea level in the Nansebo region of Sidama, Ethiopia by smallholder farmers organized around the tulu golla washing station, where coffees like this one are meticulously processed using a 72 hour underwater fermentation to break down fruit pulp and to develop flavour.
Kateshi Honey, Zambia (250g)
Tasting notes - raisin, oregano, caramel. It’s not very often that we see a coffee from Zambia come through the roastery, especially one this delicious and honey processed. in the cup, it tastes more South American than African but with an herbal twist.
Korgua Red Cherry, Papua New Guinea (250g)
Tasting notes - grapefruit, raspberry, and pineapple with a sweet juiciness and a crisp finish. Grown on a private estate called Korgua, managed by Brian Leahy, in the Tambul-Nebilyer district in the western highlands of Papua New Guinea at 4000-4500 feet, this selection of bourbon and typica cultivars was fully washed and sun-dried at the local kuta mill. station and imported by Royal Coffee, which awards extra premiums to farmers for the quality of this lot as a part of the Red Cherry Project.

La Bendita Honey, Costa Rica (250g)
Tasting notes - toffee, pear, honey. One of the things that makes this coffee special is that the coffee cherries were rested for 36 hours prior to pulping, an extra step in the honey process that producer Cristian Monge Vargas calls “reposado,” which adds an extra complexity to the cup.
Parcela El Diamante, Costa Rica (250g)
Tasting notes - gingerbread, peach, vanilla, and honeydew with an intense sweetness and baking spice aromatics. Special process - fully washed with anaerobic fermentation. Grown at 3600 – 4500 feet in the San Rafael district of Costa Rica’s Alajuela province in a particular section called Parcela El Diamante (translated "diamond parcel") on Carlos Fernandez Morera’s farm finca el cerro, this selection of caturra and catuai cultivars was fermented anaerobically in a sealed tank after harvest and de-pulping then fully washed and carefully dried.

El Tesoro, Nicaragua (250g)
Tasting notes - pineapple, liquorice, melon, caramel. This is our first time working with gold mountain coffee growers to bring in coffees from Nicaragua, and we couldn’t be more excited about the new partnership. Gold mountain facilitates direct relationships between roasters and coffee producers in Nicaragua who grow spectacular coffee. This coffee is intensely complex and sweet with a surprising umami element in the flavour profile.
